Want to Eat Fresh? Check Out One of These Amazing Foothills Farmers Markets!

And the Foothills are no exception—fresh local goods and produce can be enjoyed throughout the year. If you love to shop fresh and local, then come check out these outstanding Foothills community farmers markets.

Claremont Farmers & Artisans Market

Every Sunday from 8 am to 1 pm, head to Second Street in Claremont Village to enjoy some of the best produce around! It’s certified organic, and it’s locally grown, so you know it’s fresh. Plus, you can find flowers and plants or browse specialty arts and crafts.

La Verne FRESH Old Town Certified Farmers Market

Every Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm, the Farmers Market comes to at D Street and 3rd in Old Town La Verne. And it’s more than just a market: it’s an event! Fresh local produce, deliciously prepared foods, refreshing beverages, plenty of locally made arts and crafts, and even live music make this an occasion well-worth attending.

Rancho Cucamonga Farmers Markets

blueberries.jpegRancho Cucamonga is home to two weekly sites of the Heritage Farmer’s Market, which hosts markets throughout the Foothills area. Heritage is focused on the promotion of health, wellness, and wholeness through fresh foods, local business, and community activity. You’ll find it in Rancho Cucamonga in the Terra Vista Town Center every Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm, as well as at Victoria Gardens on Main Street on Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm. Here, you’ll discover everything from local arts and crafts to grass-fed meats to farm-fresh produce.

San Dimas Farmers Market

On Wednesday from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, head down to the Civic Center to enjoy hours of entertainment. Browse locally-grown California fresh fruits, veggies, and flowers. Sample the diverse flavors of locally-produced foods that include barbecue, Mexican, and Southern cuisine, as well as delicious desserts. Shop hand-crafted arts and crafts. And stick around for Concerts in the Park at the Civic Center Park from 7 to 9pm!
